There are some important changes happening with the future of the Malibu Delivery Service. As many of you are aware, for 10 years we have delivered local restaurants, markets, and stores right to your door! We have continuously made adjustments and created a company designed to each and every customer’s needs and wants. By doing so we have acquired a lot of great customers! However, there has been no line drawn as to when we have reached our limit. As many of you have waited upwards of an hour or more for a service that you have grown to expect an average of 30-45 minutes from ordering to eating! Looking at the future there is one thing that was very clear, in order to keep our consistency of great timing, and awesome personal-customer service we would be forced to limit our services to those of you who order quite often. We have weighed out the consequences, with the help of business consultants, and have determined the best way to keep “the same service level” you and your loved ones have come to expect is to become a smaller but more efficient subscription delivery service. Many of you are aware of the changes and have jumped on board. Others have decided it “isn’t for them at this moment” but all have been very supportive and 100% understanding of the reasoning behind these changes. We cannot thank you enough for your continued support. The overall goal is to insure that every customer be given that “special treatment” that you have come to known as our service no matter what day or time; our level of service will not be compromised.
The new Malibu Delivery will officially launch April 1, 2016 and the program will be as follows: $100 monthly subscription will gain you access to all of the benefits we offer. Some have called it “the AAA of home delivery” and for those of you who use us regularly a “no brainer”. Either way it can give you the peace of mind knowing that we are here for your every need. Wait times will be significantly minimized and it also insures you that our company will always remember the little details that make your order just perfect!
We hope that you will continue to enjoy the new and improved Malibu Delivery that you have come to love. On the other hand, if the service is not a fit for you, please keep in mind that it was created with the best intentions and we appreciate your support and understanding that our staff’s time is valued by our members.
